Payment Options:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. All payment options are handled via Paypal.

 

Billing Address:

Please provide us with an accurate billing address that matches the address on your credit card statement to avoid any unnecessary delays or cancellation of your order.

 

Shipping Address:

Please provide us with accurate shipping address for your orders to avoid any unnecessary delay and additional shipping charges.

 

Shipping Methods:

A shipping charge of $3.95 will be added to each frame shipped.

All orders are shipped directly from our Distribution Center. Our main method of shipping is UPS Ground. We ship to anywhere within the US, we cannot at this time ship to international address.

We ship Monday through Friday, except on holidays. We ship by USPS Priority Mail in the Continental United States only.

 

Cancellation:

Cancellation may only be made before your order has been processed for shipment. Most orders are processed for shipment within 2 day after your order has been placed.

 

Unavailable Product:

In the event that a product is sold out or otherwise unavailable, we will immediately notify the buyer. In this event will backorder or cancel the order on your request.

 

Return Policy:

All products can be returned within 15 days of receipt, less a 20% re-stocking fee (if applicable) and shipping charges. If the item is determined to be defective, you will receive a full refund of all charges minus shipping charges or an equal exchange. Please send an email to customerservice@myPetFrames.com in order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without authorization.

 

Returned Product shipping costs:

If the item is defective and you want to exchange for the same item, we will pay for the return shipping cost.  

If the item is defective and you want a refund, you will pay for the return shipping cost and receive a refund on the item only. Original shipping, handling and service charges are not refundable.  

If the item is non-defective and you want a refund, you will pay for the return shipping cost and receive a refund on the item minus 20% restocking fee. Original shipping, handling and service charges are not refundable.
